Bloodline: Elemental (air)
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell that deals energy damage, you can change the type of damage to match the type of your bloodline. This also changes the spell's type to match the type of your bloodline. (Lightning)
Bloodline Powers: One of the four elements infuses your being, and you can draw upon its power in times of need. At first level, you must select one of the four elements: air, earth, fire, or water. This choice cannot be changed. A number of your abilities grant resistances and deal damage based on your element. (Lightning)
Elemental Ray (Sp): Starting at 1st level, you can unleash an elemental ray as a standard action, targeting any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. This ray deals 1d6 points of damage of your energy type + 1 for every two sorcerer levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier. (7)
Elemental Resistance (Ex): At 3rd level, you gain energy resistance 10 against your energy type. At 9th level, your energy resistance increases to 20.
Elemental Savant
Elemental Specialty (Ex): The first step toward transcending mortal form requires an elemental savant to choose her elemental specialty. Upon entering the class, she must select an element and its associated energy type (air = electricity, earth = acid, fire = fire, or water = cold). This choice must match the Energy Substitution feat that the savant selected to gain entry to the prestige class. When the savant casts a spell that normally deals energy damage, its energy descriptor changes to the savant’s chosen energy type, and it deals damage of that energy type instead of its normal energy type.
For example, an elemental savant choosing to specialize in fi re could still cast meld into stone, and its descriptor would not change because it does not deal energy damage. However, if she casts Melf’s acid arrow, the spell would deal fire damage and have the fire descriptor instead of dealing acid damage and having the acid descriptor.
Resistance to Energy (Ex): As an elemental savant gains levels in this prestige class, she becomes more resistant to the type of energy allied with her chosen element. At 1st level, she gains resistance 5 against this energy type. This resistance rises to 10 at 4th level and 20 at 7th level.

A: Appearance
1) Describe yourself as someone meeting you for the first time would see you. (Race?, Gender?, Age?, Size? Coloration? Attractiveness?, Dress? Do you try to emphasize or hide any of these features?)
Aliyah is a absolutely tiny little humanoid of definite fox descent, though most of Avalon might have trouble identifying a Desert, or Fennec, foxkin. standing just 4'1 with tiny hands and feet her most noticeable feature is her giant fluffy ears, standing easily another 6 inches above the top of her head and giving her an illusion of greater height. One might also notice on first glance that she's barely, if at all, dressed, favoring sheer baby doll dresses and lace 'cover-ups with nothing beneath them but her own sandy faintly red tinted fur. Her eyes are shiny ebon black and lined along the lids with a fine line of kohl black marking, either eyeliner or actual markings that extend in almost a lightning like curve down from the inner corners of huge eyes along the line between cheek and long thin muzzle. Slim of stature with small breasts and a fluffy tail that reached her mid calf when down, bore a white tip, the only other break in her otherwise slightly red tinted sand tone. Far more than clothing she seems to quite like jewelry, heavy bracelets of silver and copper on her wrists armbands earrings, chokers and anklets all make appearances on her person on a near constant basis.
2) What other details would someone notice on a closer look? (Distinguishing marks, birthmarks, scars, etc?)
Her fur is always well groomed and her mid back length hair always brushed and usually held back with a clip. A faint scent of ozone and some desert flower clings to her, though its hard to tell if that is natural scent or the clever concoction of an alchemist meant to keep her small form clean.
3) Do you have a distinctive way of speaking or any other mannerisms or memorable behavior?
Her absolute and total disdain for clothing might indeed be memorable, left to her own devises she would run around without a single stitch on, clad only in jewelry and her own skin. Being as that is illegal within Avalon she wears the bare minimum possible, usually entirely sheer gauze dresses or silken lace things, all simple slip on items.
B: Birth and Family
1) Where and when were you born? (Also good to include: Do you know your exact birthdate? Did anything unusual (storms, accidents, deaths, etc?) happen about the same time, with which some people might still associate your birthdate?)
Blackwell, Crescent, late summer but she doesn't know the exact date. she's the fourth member of her family, child wise, they kind of stopped counting exact days.
2) Who are your parents? (Names, Occupations, Social class, Were they married?, Are they still alive? are all good things to include)
Jibade: her father, a trader and merchant by profession he makes a decent living, enough to support his family in luxury on the edge of the Silent Sand desert. An affectionate and loving father he works hard to provide his remaining children with all he love, affection and material possessions they need while also attempting to give them a strong work ethic by demonstration and suggestion.
Kakra: Her mother, an alchemist by profession is one of a set of twin girls (Kissa being her twin and Aliyah's aunt). Devoted to both her work and family Kakra's alchemical creations are mostly helpful products such as cleaning solutions and soaps, meant for use by housewives and mothers of rambunctious younglings.
Her parents are very much alive and together, as deeply in love now as when they married years before. They live in Blackwell still in a complex of homes with family in the rest.
3) Do you have any siblings? (If so, it would be good to describe them as you did your parents above.)
Tau: Her oldest brother, was seven years older than Aliyah when he lost his life in a bandit raid when he was just 18 years of age.
Zuberi: Second oldest brother, Two years younger than Tau and was killed in the same raid by jackal beastfolk on the prosperous town of Blackwell.
Maibe: Aliyah's only sister, two years older than herself. Maibe followed in her father's steps and helps run the family trading business in Blackwell. She's got several prospects for suitors but has yet to pick one and settle down to start her family.
Jahi and Musad: This pair of twins is three years younger than Aliyah, identical to the last hair with one minor glaring difference, Jahi has one brown and one gold eye and Musad has the same in reverse. These two seem more interested in being younglings at the moment as they are only 17 and still considered young adults by cultural standards.

her mother's twin Kissa, both parent's parents and with the longevity of her race likely several great grandparents still live and work around Blackwell and the Silent Sands, to many to go into great detail about.
5) How did you get along with your family?
While there is a cousin that no one talks about and Aliyah bears a deep hatred for as he joined the bandits that ravage town from time to time mostly her relations with her family are extremely good. She and her friends are welcome to visit any time, always sure of a warm greeting by immediate and extended family.
C: Education and Work
1) Did you serve an apprenticeship in order to learn your current profession/class? For how long?
After her first display of power her parents sent far and wide and ended up with a wizard and sorcerer fighting for the cushy job of tutoring a rich trader's child, the sorcerer, really a sorceress of feline descent named Lola was the one that lasted. From the age of 16 to when she left home at 20 Lola taught Aliyah to meditate, how to control the power that occasionally flooded her, and a few basic spells. Lola is friend and mentor to the young fennec woman and still lives near the family, enjoying the blistering desert heat and a comfortable existence teaching children to read and speak.
2) If you were not an apprentice, how did you learn your trade/skills/ect? Formal schooling? Informal Teachers? Self-Taught?

Lola: Aliyah's sorceress teacher and friend is a Siamese catfolk, crystal blue eyes, sand colored fur with dark 'points'. A kind and patient person Lola made fast friends with he community of Blackwell, staying on after her charge had moved off to explore the world she now tutors neighborhood children in language and magic, if they have the spark for it.

None while she was working with Aliyah
5) Due to the rarity of literacy in this setting, how important are books, writings, letters, ect. to your character? Regardless as to whether or not he/she can read?
Books are interesting, as Aliyah can both read and write she finds the information in them often fascinating. She is by no means a bookworm however and won't seek out spending vast times in the library.
6) Do you have a job other than "adventurer"? Who do you work for? How much of your time does this require?
Not really, she survives quite well off her adventuring money and doesn't actually need much to be comfortable leaving her a sizable nest egg for food and shelter.
D: Friends
1) Who were your friends as a child? As an adolescent? As an adult?
Aliyah was mostly a home body, spending most of her time with family as a child, as a result she would say her sister is and was her dearest friend. She had a few other friends of other trading families but mostly they found her slightly odd.
2) How many of these people are still alive? How many are you still friends with?
Maibe is quite alive and well as for the others some have passed on in raids or of illness but most survive.
3) Who is/was your best friend? What is the most memorable thing that the two of you ever did together?
Her sister Maibe is her best friend at home, they had many memorable adventures in the Silent Sand and Blackwell proper. Neither is an overtly trickster sort so they mostly spent their time together helping mother, father or some other family member. Aliyah could not point to one specific thing and say it was her most cherished memory, instead she would argue that her family is her most cherished and leave it at that.
4) What do you look for in a friend?
familiarity and comfort, Aliyah's sometimes a bit to either distracted or serious she needs a patient person as a friend.

Aliyah knows little about religion and has no pressing desire to learn anything, the structure and stiff rules on clothes are contrary to her nature.
2) Where do spirits of nature, the elements and the dead fit into these beliefs?
Nature is to be respected, undead to be feared and destroyed Elementals.. those are to be treated with all the respect of a demigod. True some don't feel the same about her but Aliyah is v very respectful of the elements and elementals.
3) What gods, religions, or priesthoods will you have nothing to do with?
pretty much all of them, Religion can stay out of any discussion with Aliyah
4) What is your moral code? Under what conditions will you kill? Steal? Lie? Do you have a personal code of behavior about violence? Magic? Sex? Dealing with Evil Beings?
Aliyah is a strong believer in what's mine is mine and you can get a pointy stick in the eye before you get what's mine. She doesn't steal mostly cause she has always had anything she wanted, she'll lie if its advantageous to her ( she is from a merchant family ). She abhors violence for the sake of monetary or pleasure gain ( no fan of raiders or rapists) but understands it's place in things. Magic is a gift that should be treated with respect, while its fair to sell and trade it, it would irk her greatly to see someone blessed with magic mistreating that gift. Sex she's had little experience with, being that she rarely left the confines of home and didn't ave an experimental family so she's yet to form a strong opinion there. Evil beings are like everyone else.. if they aren't actively hurting her she'll tolerate them, but woe if they attempt to screw her in a business deal.

once a contract is entered the terms must be fulfilled, her duty and honor demand such.

Power wealth and fame fall into the same category, wealth bring power which brings fame, wealth is of moderate importance, as is power but fame the little fennec can do without.
Honor, especially the honor of her family name, is very important and worth fighting over.
Family, friends and love share a similar grouping, and are of rather deep importance to the tiny fennec, without the support and love of family she'd poly be some exotic pet someplace, shocking things with lightning for food. even life itself is not more important than the wellbeing of family.

Religion is so little on the list that she knows next to nothing and wants to keep it that way.
A job, or contract is a matter of honor and thus important.

She rarely forgets them but her dreams are mainly of lightning, storms and wind, she finds them comforting. Sometimes a voice in the wind whispers things to her, sometimes she can't understand but always there's a peace in these moments

Magic is a gift to those that can use it and it is their duty to use it in the way they see fit. Aliyah would probably call people out for abusing their gifts for doing things she'd do in the same situation. Fearsome monsters are what they are and should likely be feared, unknown isn't that bad though.

Unless being adorable is considered a skill not so much, while certainly bright mostly people will remember her for her size, little black nose and giant ears.

Impulsiveness and a quick temper coupled with a love of money and a disdain for bandits make her a slightly volatile little thing prone to outbursts and explosions.

Family, red pandas, pretty much any meat, reading while laying in the sun.

Bandits, highwaymen, raiders of any description. She loathes them, detests them and will usually act rashly, choosing violence as a first reaction when diplomacy might have worked.

H: Miscellaneous

She's yet to run into a nonhuman monster, knows plenty of humanoid ones though..
2) If you are a spellcaster, describe your first experience with using magic. What were the circumstances? Were you expecting it?
Aliyah's first encounter with magic was unexpected and brutal. having lost two brothers in a bandit raid years before left the young foxkin with a deep and abiding hatred of bandits and raiders, when they attacked again, this time one with designed on her dearest friend ( her older sister Maibe) she snapped, lightning coursed from her hands killing one bandit, others fled the girl sparking with electrical energy. Her sister was able to safely touch her, to cover her and get her inside and hidden before the bandits found them again.
3) If you have an animal companion or familiar, describe how you acquired it. Describe this ally's personality, and its attitude towards you. (Loyal unto death, mischievous, lazy, etc)
She doesn't have one just yet.
4) If you have any unusual possessions, describe how you acquired them. Is their value practical, monetary, sentimental or some combination of these?
She carries with her a bottle of her mother's perfumed oil as a reminder of home, its a flower essential oil with no particular value and as she was leaving her sister gave her a pair of earrings which she wears constantly, the lowest and largest golden hoops in her large ears.

Born on the edge of the Silent Sands on the edge of the trading city of Blackwell, Aliyah had a peaceful generally easy childhood marked only with the usual problems of youth in a dangerous climate. Her mother, an alchemist by trade, supplied goods to her father, a trader and merchant who turned the things made his family and other sources into a small but thriving trade empire, more than enough to comfortably support his small clan. Tragedy however, is never far away on the edge of the sands and it struck when Aliyah was 11, a not infrequent bandit raid by jackals which left her older brothers (16 and 18) dead in the defense of home and family and left her, her parents older sister and two younger twin brothers devastated. It was a turning point in the otherwise peaceful life of the young sorceress, still unaware of her blood and power. For Aliyah had in her a power that was unknown to all, somewhere long in the past an illicit tryst between a fennec foxkin and an air elemental had beget a child, who sired another who sired another until the name of the elemental, even the fact there were elementals was long forgotten but this couple left its trace, eventually ending up in the form of Aliyah, a girl who thanks to the loss of loving brothers felt a deep rage that awakened this latent power. It was years yet until she realized her potential, another raid, another senseless loss of life but this time Aliyah lost it. As a jackal bandit had cornered her elder sister lightning touched the young woman, then just sixteen, crackling with power she focused her will on the offending bandit, lightning course from her hands, striking the unsuspecting man in the back and ending his life in a flash of raw power. Witness to her young sisters heroism and latent power the elder woman bundled her sister away, hiding them until the raid was complete and spreading the story to family once everyone was safe. One might expect family to be frightened of the magic running raw and potent through the young girl, but far from it her family did what it could to support this gift. Seeing it as that, a gift, they sent for a wizard, a sorcerer, anyone to tutor their child, to harness the gift rather than let it and her anger at the bandits and raiders rule her. Seeking finer control and perhaps adventure after her power was under control Aliyah set forth to see the world, to learn what there was to learn about herself and her history and the power that coursed in her blood.
