Summary:
Sent to Thistledon on Sea through the southern farmlands of Summer Country, the group had to deliver a chest to Brother Rothemeyer. Its contents secret, but then when aren't contents hush hush on these adventures? On their travels they pass many fields, woods, forests even and come upon a burning hamlet once known as Barrok Dun. The place stood deserted, a smoking ruin, fresh graves and carcasses. Plague had come upon the town and nobody was left alive to tell the tale of what had happened. So they continued onwards, avoiding the plague for now, and coming to meet a group of Feral children in a small woodland.
Stevie, the leader of the feral children in the woodlands planned to kill or enslave the various members of the group. Somehow they escaped during the night.
