Character History:
Badger himself is often known as "Badger the Cursed" or "Bumbling" due to the fact that, while he is remarkably skilled in what he does, his fingers always seem to slip at the wrong moment, his foot always hit the most slippery stone. "The Petulant" was attached on after his subsequent denial of the other two titles. Badger desperately enjoys adventuring and has been doing it since he was around 10 years old. Badger grew up under his proper name on his parent's farm until the day a party of adventurer's came through his town, saving it not only from a goblin horde, but himself from tedium by hiring him on as a torch bearer and pack mule. Throughout the adventure the party's rather insane druid continued to try and draw him in to her flock (usually by accidentally poisoning him), but eventually he grew attached to the taciturn attentions and accidental tutelage of the party rogue (name here). He keeps the origins of his adopted name secret, though the story itself is probably embarrassing.
Badger arrived in Therafim through incredibly mysterious means, simply falling from the sky at one point into a dusty alley. He walked about confused to where he was for a bit, but quickly adapted to his surroundings as if he had been dropped randomly in to a different plane of existence more than once.
Since arriving on Therafim, Badger has made a few friends and joined The Motley Crewe, a seemingly almost cursed band of companions that have contracted together to fight Gnolls (a race that Badger has swiftly grown to loathe) at the expensive of several of it's members, earning them a reputation for victory against incredibly bad luck and overwhelming odds. In the first such encounter Badger earned himself a face wound from a gnoll axe that, thanks to not healing properly, has now become a discerning and rather 'rogueish' facial scar.
