On my own, I would like to add a +1 to it (which for cold iron takes an extra 2000gp, so 4000 total)

As my +1 reward, I would like to add the Mage Bane (MiC p. 38) property to it. (value of 6000gp ) It does not cost extra for this property to be added to cold iron weapons.
