I would like to request to use the Ranger variant Distracting Attack (Page 56 of the PHB2)
Ranger Level 4
Replaces: Animal Companion
Benefit: Whenever you hit an enemy with a weapon attack (Range or Melee), the enemy is considered flanked by you for the purpose of adjusting your allies's attacks. This would allow both +2 bonus on melee but rogues could also add their sneak attack. This flanked condition last until either the enemy is attacked by one of your allies of until the start of your turn, whichever comes first. This is an extraordinary ability. This ability has no effect on creatures that can't be flanked.
