Being that Aeron has now passed level 10 and I am of master rank I have essentially a free house to purchase on Aeron, Within avalon near the noble district without actually being inside it, I can math this out more closely if required but I'm more or less looking for a house in the yellow section of the housing map bordering the noble (red) district for the prices listed on Housing. Her total to spend is 37500.
Small armory, 2 bedrooms, 1 common room, kitchen, 1 library, one workspace (for victor) and a very large bathing room. The armory, library, and one bedroom to be underground in a secure basement, one bedroom, Work area, common room, kitchen, and bathing facilities on the main floor.
Being that the house and such itself should cost around 20000 that leaves the rest of the sum toward furnishings and such for the spaces.
