I wish to spend 2500gp on a Ring of Sustenance, leaving her with 3441gp.
Cecilia currently has 7291 gp. Rallon has previously given her access to his spellbook at any time (and hers to him). As such, I'm going to spend 100gp on inks and misc. to learn the Shield spell from Rallon. There is no skill check required for this as he is on hand.

and
Legendary Artisan

Ok, starting this out, Cecilia is at level 5 with 10,118 XP and 10796 gp. In addition, I have 1,636 UP.
First, I will spend 977 UP to bring Cecilia to 15,003 XP, 15861 gp and level 6. Then an additional 53 UP to bring her to 15321 XP, 16179 gp and leaving me with 606 UP.
At level 6, Cecilia will have Magical Artisan, Extraordinary Artisan, and Legendary Artisan. The wondrous items she crafts will be at reduced price; she pays (Market Price * 9/32) in gp, and (Market Price * 9/400) in XP.

CC is currently at 18,784/21,000 XP. She will first spend 370 UP to get 2220 XP and GP. This will put her at 21004 XP.
CC will then spend 40 UP to gain 280 XP and 320 GP. She will use this to craft a Blessed Book, which costs 3516 GP and 282 XP.

Cecilia is crafting an item for Roka. Details from Roka's sheet: 8,850 gp to Upgrade Roka's Goggles of the Ebon Hunter with Find The Gap 3/day cast as a 5th level caster. (Market Value: 16,200) (brings total cost of item to 34,200)
The item costs 16,200 gp. A ranger will need to provide the spell, which costs 150 gp. Cecilia pays 4557 to make it, and 365 XP. Cecilia will spend 53 UP to pay off that XP.
Net adjustment:
GP: 8850 (paid) -150 (ranger) 4557 (item) -150+ 424 (UP) = +4567 gp
XP: 371 (up) - 365 (item) = +6 XP (from 21,002 to 21,008)
