REP and UP spending

Requesting use of this char for 20 rep (15 for standard, +5 for arm), 10 more for the feat gain of Rapid Reload, and 700 up to be spent for EXP and GP, before getting weapons.

The arm allows for CR416 to do the following:
• One-handed simple and martial melee weapons may be mounted as attachments, giving a +4 on disarm checks. There is no increase in cost. Only one weapon may be used in this manner at a time.
• Attached weapons may be treated a thrown weapon with a range of 30 ft.
• Reloading the arm with another attachment takes a full-round action.
• If no weapon is attached, the arm may still function as a ranged weapon, doing 1d4 points of nonlethal damage. This is to account for the extreme power of CR416’s engine.
• The arm counts as a heavy crossbow that CR416 is proficient with for all intents and purposes when qualifying for feats.

Also, everything else, character included, is approved.
