Class Abilities:
Sneak Attack: If a psychic rogue can catch an opponent when she cannot defend herself effectively from his attack, he can strike a vital spot for extra damage.
Basically, the psychic rogue's attack deals extra damage any time his target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the psychic rogue flanks his target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and it increases by 1d6 every three psychic rogue levels thereafter. Should the psychic rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied.
Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.
With a sap (blackjack) or an unarmed strike, a psychic rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. He cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual -4 penalty, because he must make optimal use of his weapon to execute a sneak attack.
A psychic rogue can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies — undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to sneak attacks. The psychic rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A psychic rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment or striking the limbs of a creature whose vitals are beyond reach.
Trapfinding: Psychic rogues can use the Search skill to locate traps when the task has a Difficulty Class higher than 20.
Finding a nonmagical trap has a DC of at least 20, or higher if it is well hidden. Finding a magic or psionic trap has a DC of 25 + the level of the spell or power used to create it.
Psychic rogues can use the Disable Device skill to disarm magic and psionic traps. Magic and psionic traps generally have a DC of 25 + the level of the spell or power used to create them.
A psychic rogue who beats a trap's DC by 10 or more with a Disable Device check can study a trap, figure out how it works, and bypass it (with his party) without disarming it.
Racial Abilities:
+2 Dexterity, –2 Constitution. Avariel have hollow bones and, as a result, are more fragile than humans. At the same time, they are gifted with an almost otherworldly grace.
Medium: Avariel are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Avariel have a base speed of 30 feet.
Low-Light Vision: Avariel can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
Elven Immunities: Avariel are immune to magic sleep effects and get a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.
Keen Sight (Ex): Avariel gain a +4 racial bonus on all Spot checks.
Wing-Aided Movement: Avariel can use their wings to help with movement even if they can’t fly yet. The extra lift from her wings gives an avariel a +10 racial bonus on Jump checks.
Proficient with either rapier or longsword; proficient with lasso and bolas.
Gliding (Ex): An avariel can use her wings to glide, negating damage from a fall of any height and allowing 20 feet of forward travel for every 5 feet of descent. Avariel glide at a speed of 40 feet (average maneuverability). Even if an Avariel's maneuverability improves, she can’t hover while gliding. An avariel can’t glide while carrying a heavy load.
If an Avariel becomes unconscious or helpless while in midair, her wings naturally unfurl and powerful ligaments stiffen the wings. The avariel descends in a tight corkscrew and takes only 1d6 points of falling damage, no matter what the actual distance of the fall.
Flight (Ex): When an Avariel reaches 5 Hit Dice, she becomes able to fly at a speed of 40 feet (average maneuverability). An avariel can’t fly while carrying a heavy load, wearing heavy armor, or while fatigued or exhausted. Avariel can safely fly for a number of rounds equal to their Constitution modifier (minimum 1 round). They can exert themselves to fly for up to twice as long, but then they’re fatigued at the end of the flight. Avariel are likewise fatigued after spending a total of more than 10 minutes per day flying. Because avariel can glide before, after, and between rounds of actual flight, they can remain aloft for extended periods (even if they can only use flight for 1 round at a time without becoming fatigued).

Hope grew up in the same little society her parents did. She, however, was drawn to explore the world rather then to live in secret. She set out not long after she was old enough. That's when she met the love of her life… where that love or life will take her is anyone's guess but she's used her assests to her advantage. Her travels have brought her to Avalon for the time being.

She's tall and slender, very light due to her hollow bones. She has two pure white wings on her back, the feathers are pristine. Her red hair sets off her pale skin and gold eyes.

Her wings are pure white, kind of odd for an avariel.

Not really, she does tend to talk with her wings.

Her parents were two idiots that somehow raised a spectacular individual. They were married and are probably still alive. She left them behind to pursue her own agenda.

Yes. She's in love with Kara. Before that was some no-name that she really didn't love, she only used him. Kara is a true love though. She would do anything for that woman.
