Quest Summary:
Nil McUrist was approached by a friend of his family, Urist McMason. While they were catching up Mcmason recieved a message from a new fortress team, at the Koganusân site, warning of a "giant" eagle stirring up trouble. McUrist was tasked with gathering adventurers to solve the problem and so he headed to the nearest tavern and grabbed the first 3 men to offer their services and met up with McMason for the teleportartion trip to Thardruin's northern coast.
Az Ur showed a distaste for murdering such a majestic beast, and managed to charm the eagle. While he was negotiating with it a wave of dwarven immigrants arrived with a goblin force hot on their heels. One of their pet cats did not make it as it was struck down by a goblin crossbowman. The Eagle, later named fleshwing, rose to the dwarves aid and took down the goblin squad on the hillside while the party, through sheer perseverance, won the day against the 12 goblins approaching from the plains.
Az Ur knew his charm would not last forever, and so regretfully allowed the dwarves to claim fleshwing to be "tamed" and trained as a war eagle by some mysterious cloaked dwarf called the Dungeon Master. The party received their pay and was happily transported back to Avalon.
