This particular creature is more slender and agile than others of its kind.
Benefit: Thanks to their slighter builds and more agile bodies, beings with light build can use weapons and armor designed for creatures one size smaller without penalty, and can fit through tight spaces as though they were one size category smaller. They also gain a +1 size bonus to armor class, and a +2 size bonus to Stealth checks. Despite these advantages, those with light build count as their normal racial size for determining space and reach. This ability stacks with powers, abilities, and spells that affect size category.
Notes: This feat must be selected at 1st level. Light Build and Powerful build are mutually exclusive. Races that already have Light Build cannot take this feat.
