Also, those birdfolk who choose this option can fly for as many rounds in one burst as they have points of Constitution bonus (minimum 1), at a speed of 30 feet, with Average maneuverability, for up to 10 minutes each day, varying periods of gliding with periods of flight for long distances.

Character History:
Loki grew up with his older sister Circe for much of his life, when they were very young, Loki 3 and his sister 6, their small village in the Summer Country was the target of a rather ruthless raid from the snake people, the Elaapi. The village was rather rural, but supported many families, and it wasn't prepared to be the target of an attack, as it struggled to buy time for people to escape, Circe and Loki's parents seemed to perish in the fights, leaving the two young ravenfolk, Circe leading Loki by the talon, away from the village in haste.
At first there were more survivors to travel with, but as they ran, those numbers dwindled, until it was only the young ravens left behind to fend for themselves. It was then that fortune happened upon the two children as they crossed paths with a middle aged offworlder female, who appeared to still be trying to gain her bearings in this strange, new world. Seeing the two children tired, hungry, and smelling of soot she couldn't very well leave them to fend for themselves, and adopted the two as her own, becoming their Nanna.
Loki and Circe not being their true names, Loki was far too young to be able to speak Common yet, and Circe was still only learning, thus communication became an issue early on. The two could not even convey their names to their new Nanna, however not to let that trouble them, their Nanna decided to give them nicknames. The pleasent woman used to be an avid fan of the mythology of her own world, and named each child accordingly to how they acted. Circe, from an early age, knew how to manipulate the boys around her, batting an eyelash or saying something nice to get what she wanted. Seeing her new adopted daughter treating the boys her age likes pigs reminded her of the beautiful Greek Goddess Circe, a woman who would literally turn the followers of her beauty into livestock at a whim. Loki, on the other hand, was a troublemaker, he would love playing tricks on people, and seemed to have a bit of a mean streak now and again for the pranks he played. This reminded the offworlder of the Norse God Loki, who would also play sometimes mean-spirited pranks that would get him into trouble now and again.
As the two grew up under their Nanna's care, they acted quite different as they grew older, like the sun and moon themselves. Circe, having been 6 at the time, still had vivid memories of their parents and the attack by the Elaapi that claimed their lives. As such, she grew up more serious and no nonsence, gaining a wisdom far beyond her years. Loki on the other hand did not remember their parents very well, only bits of memories that he would rather forget, and as he grew up, he became much more jovial and carefree, never losing that bit of immaturity and childishness that made him a trickster.
They grew older, of course, and eventually Loki heard of the great city of Avalon, in the same continent of Summer Country as they were in. With so many new people who didn't know him, he could have such fun messing with people, friends and enemies alike, with his dazzling talents and tricks. Circe very well couldn't let her little brother get into trouble in Avalon, he very well may get himself killed if he wasn't careful, which he almost never was, thus she, with a loud grumble, left with her brother, leaving their nanna with well wishes and promises to visit, heading for the city of Avalon to make a new life for themselves.
