History
The roots of this line can be traced far back, all the way to the time when the Forgotten Archipelago was once held by the followers of Bahamut and the Golden Kingdom was in its prime. The benevolent ruler of this kingdom was the Golden Queen, and it is her in which the line chooses its name.
Entry Requirements:
You must be descended from or be a consort to one descended from the Golden Queen (or his ancestors).
Benefits:
Economic: As a dragon line, any of the line is willing to help appraise an item or lend some aid in helping others amass hoards. They do not help too much, as that would rob the meaning, but one can get identification or appraisal, and even some advice, for free.
Gear: None in particular, sometimes members of the family reward those who do errands for them.
Services: Elders can request that another of the line do errands as mentioned above.
Information: Any knowledge, the line is filled with ancient scholars.
Access: Each member has a lair, as well as significant land ownership across the world and across Aur.
Status: Among Gold Dragons and even among other dragonkind, a member of this line is given at least some respect.
Combat:
It varies from dragon to dragon, but the most ancient of the line are incredibly formidable opponents.
Advancement:
Through age, good deeds, and the amassing of a hoard primarily.
Missions:
Missions to help regain control of the Forgotten Archipelago in particular.
Responsibilities:
To be Lawful and Good at all times.
Structure:
The structure is loose knit with the eldest forming a sort of oligarchy.
NPC Reactions:
Dragons tend to give a good amount of respect, as the line is ancient and incredibly powerful. Most others don’t know enough about dragons to know it means anything important. Clergy of the dragon gods recognize the line with varying reactions depending on Alignment.
Lore: (What type of Knowledge is needed)
DC 10: It’s a Lineage of Gold Dragons, rather old.
DC 15: The Golden Queen was one of their most prominent ancestors, and they honor her through their name.
DC 20: Their eldest that is active on the Prime Material is likely going to take leadership of the Gold Dragons after the current Resplendence steps down.
DC 25: The Lineage has a small number of members, though notable in comparison, to have strange runes carved into their hides.

They would encounter members of the family if they went to Aur, or were hired out to go to the Forgotten Archipelago.
